beyond wonderful!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 2 responses   I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and I just signed another year lease. I absolutely love nearly everything about these apartments. The apartments are nice on the inside and out. Although the kitchen and bathrooms do need to be updated as well as the laundry area, including the washer and dryer. It's rare to see roaches but on the balcony it's house spiders galore. I keep spraying it myself and haven't had a real problem. I don't like that there is no parking for guest except for on the street when you can find a spot out there and then from 8AM-5PM they have to constatly be putting money in the meters. Also there are a lot of homeless people that always find a way to bother you.
