we just moved over there in 12/04 and now where leaving 3/05 all it took was 3 months to run us away on our first day there nothing work major appl issues poor maintenancei had to call the BBB to get them to come to the apt 1mth later to fix the stuff in the apt heat never worked major leaks the entire apts need to be closed no one at engel answer the phone demand to get out my lease for free or i would call the BBB from the office phone
