I moved into Cedarbrook about 6 mos ago and everything is going fine. The office staff is always helpful and very courteous.I had a small issue with water roaches that were coming from the trees outside. I reported it to the manager and she took great care of me. The same day I had pest control out. Every Apartment community has there issues but Cedarbrook always seems to be on top of things. Even though Cedarbrook is an old community it doesn't make it a bad one. From Maintenence of my AC, to locking myself out,the Maintenence guys have always helped me out in my time of need. I just want to say thank you For taking care of me.

i am currently seperated need aplace to stay by aug.7 credit is not so good. is there a credit check before i am approved

These that rate anything above a 1 had to have been written by the property staff because it truly is a S___Hole
