Cedarbrook apartments are the worst place anyone can live. The appearance of the apartment in the front of the complex are nice, but don't be fool. If you live in the back(like myself) there is a different story. There is only one place where you can put your garbage, and everyday the garbage is overflowing over. There is no where to park, and my boyfriend's car was totally damage. It look like someone backed into his door on the driver's side and left. We have had leaks from the roof, and mold was staring to grow due to the fact that no one attended to my problem. Roaches and nets are common, along with having trash all outside your apartment. Spider webs are everywhere inside and outside the apartments. It tooked them 9 months to put a smoke alarm in my apartment. My stove has bearly worked since I moved in last year. All of my neighbors are moving out. No one is extending their lease. People work in the parking lot of their cars. Get this you have to put in your 1 month notice only on the 1st, 2nd, or the 3rd of each month. Anything after that they will not take it. Please don't move here. These are also the apartments that caught on fire, last year and they have not yet to rebuild those apartments that are damaged. If someone had warn me I would have never moved into this hell hold.
