I've been living in these apartments since August 06 and I've only encountered a few problems, much like any apartment complex, I'm sure. The inside of the apartment is very spacious. Most of the people from what I've observed are families and they all seem very nice. The few problems that I've encountered are that its noisy in the sense that you can hear the people above you even just talking. When I first moved in, they told me they'd fix whatever problems they had and it took me calling about 3 or 4 times, I finally had to go to the office and ask them, but when I did, they were there that afternoon and fixed all of my problems. There is also a small bug problem, only sometimes. They need to renovate a few things such as the bathroom cabinets and the wallpaper, etc. All together, my experience here has been alright.
