Going Downhill FAST

I agree with the previous review that the apartment community has gone down hill with the management team put in place by Steven D. Bell & Company. Maintenance requests do not get responded to in a timely manner and the overall upkeep of the property has gone down hill in the last 2 years, while rent has continued to climb. I'd only reccommend this place if new management takes over.
