The rent has continued to go up, although we have cheaper cable that sucks, termites, our food disposal exploded and the whole apartment smelled like food,and the bath tubs leak. I wouldn't recommend it unless the rent went down. There are better apartments and better prices elsewhere. I'm very ready for my lease to be up.
