Just moved in...WEARY ALREADY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have recently moved into this complex and am realizing now that the comments I have read about this property are unfortunately true. Upon move-in, I had SEVERAL maintenance issues and only ONE was fixed. The maintenance staff (or whoever it may be) enters your apartment ALL THE TIME when you are not home. (My neighbors informed me of this while I was at work...supposedly for "maintenance" even though nothing has been repaired.) I had a huge bathroom leak, an explosive disposal in the kitchen, a leaky sink and many many more issues. The property manager, Shae Whitney, is something terrible...avoid dealing with her at all costs. I have never felt so disrespected or unappreciated in my life by someone as I have dealing with her. I will not be renewing after my LONG lease agreement, I can tell you this already. Next time I will heed apartmentratings.com's warnings and reviews.
