I use to live at Barrington on the Green, so I thought that Chace would be nice as well boy was I wrong!!!! Ever since Steven Bell Company bought both properties everything has gone to crap!!! I?ve not even singed a lease with Chace yet and I went to check on my apartment before I moved in at the end of the month I was told by Michelle (a real idiot) that it was cleaned and ready to go!!! I walked into the apt and it was NASTY it had not been cleaned!!!! There was a huge sheetrock problem in the living room the carpet was nasty and stained (Michelle claimed it had been cleaned), there was dust bunnies hanging out of the air ducts and 2 inches of (mold) growing on the master bath!!!!! I even got the pleasure of listening to Michelle argue with the repair man about he was only going to paint the caulking in the bath not replace it!!!! That is a major health code violation!!!!!! Now they tell me that my apartment might not be ready in time!!!! I?ve since then gone somewhere else where I was treated with respect and my apartment was clean??. I was so appalled at the way this staff conducted business and I will be sure to communicate this to any potential tenants. Michelle is a complete idiot so, make sure you take all of these review and comments to mind- Don?t move there!!!!!!!
