I have lived at Chace Lake Villas for going on five years now. And I'm a very particular person. In my line of work I have to go out of town every once in awhile.And all I have to do is let them know and they keep an eye on everything for me. When I have a maintance problem. They are always there within a day. And in my experience they get it done right the first time they come out. That means alot to me because I'm a firm beleive that you get what you pay for,And in this case alot more. Chace Lake Villas might be twenty dollars more than some other apartments in the area . but for that twenty dollars more you don't just get an apartment you get a nice quite home that is in a great location for any thing you you could need. Like I said Ive lived here for five years now.
