I moved in here about 3 years ago and have always been very pleased with the staff and property. I highly recomeend Chace lake to my friends and to any one looking for an apt in the Hoover area. I am a resident physician in my last year at UAB and have been able to have peace and quiet in my apt when I need to. Thanks to the staff at Chace for always taking care of my needs.

I loved this complex when I went and looked at it recently and probably would have moved here, but they didn't have any avaialbe for my move in date. Guess no place is perfect and there will always be some problems or some dissatsified.
