Would not rent from Stephen D Bell & Company

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I have lived here for 15 months. The only good thing this apartment has going for it is the location - very conveinent to most anything! Since I have been, I have had the same maintenance issues. The staff temporarily repairs the issues, but does not fix them. The office staff is cold and rude - not accommodating at all!!
