I have been living at Chace Lake for less than a year, and I'm already looking for a new apartment. I wasn't planning on leaving for at least 3 years when my husband and I buy a house. But our living situation has gotten so bad, we are ready to leave NOW!! First of all, good luck finding someone in that office that smiles and is friendly. They're all very rude and its obvious that they don't give a crap about their residents. There has been water pressure problems since we moved in. Recently it is so bad, there is a small dribble coming out of our shower. We cannot even shower before we go to work in the mornings because the water is so bad. We've been complaining about this issue for a month and a half, and still, nothing has been done about it. I've even called the corporate office, which still has not done anything about it, or even called me back to let me know what was going on. We were so happy when we moved here b/c the rent is reasonable, its a great location and the apartments are nice. But thats it!! I would discourage anybody from moving here b/c its not worth it! The management sucks and there are serious water problems! Bottom line - Don't Live Here!!!

everytime I go in the office I always see smiling faces even if they have to force one, the point is the are still trying
