I was in love with Chace Lake Villas upon moving in, however, during my stay the management changed and things went down hill. Things are not as neat and clean as they used to be and the office staff takes thier time getting back to you. Maintenance seems a little lazy and unless you threaten the management you may not get what you not only need, but what you deserve for the price you are paying. Parking is a mess, and some are expected to adide by the rules while others run rampant. Glad to be headed out, to a better living experience.
