We moved in to Chapel Park after a terrible experience at another apartment complex in Hoover. This was back in the early 90's. The management was great. My two kids would come home from the elementary school and management would make sure they got in and were okay. Never had any issues either with the building, maintenance or management. We had to break out lease because a house "fell into our lap" and management never once even thought of charging us extra fees for breaking the lease. They thought it was great that we were buying.
