You know how you sit and wonder what hell is like, Just move to charter east and it hell on earth. These are the worst apartment you would ever live in. When we first moved over here it was ok in the day time, As the night came thats when it turn to the hood. This is the place to become a drug dealer. No one works they all sell drugs. All you see is police lights all the time and all you hear is loud nose. You come out side and all you see is fights. I went outside one day and they were shotting dice like this is the hood. Thats just outside the apartment, nothing inside the in apartment works. The maintence doesn't know what they are doing. I asked them to come look at my air condition because it was leaking, and the maintence man said that he didn't know why it was doing it. So I know that I had moved to hell. Please don't move to this place...........
