DON"T DO IT!!!!!!! THEY NEED TO BE CONDEMNED

Ok..... After the first couple months, I noticed no trash pick up- Maintenance are theives and so was the female whom worked in the rent office at the time. They don't pay their utilities such as water and lights. The SHERIFF"S dept practically lived there due to all the fights, robberies and theft. It is absolutely no place to live. Last but not least, there are SEX OFFENDERS who love there and they are not registered.
