I hate living here!!!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The landlord Mary Lou is the nicest person until you sign your lease. I have maintenance issues that Mary Lou refuses to correct. My hot water heater has shorted out 3 times during the past year. The electrical breakers blow at least 2 times a month. Because of the electrical issues with my apartment, I am on my 4th microwave. I have 30 days left on my lease and I hope that I will be able to move out before I die in my sleep from an electrical fire.
