Water Rip Off

The newly introduced water billing system at Chateau Orleans is a RIP OFF.
Apparently there is NO WAY to dtermine how you are billed for water. Bills vary from month to month and even if LESS water is used according to your bill, the bill GOES UP!
Add to that The continuing increases in rent in an obviously aging, not well maintained complex and it's hard to recommend living there.
The BEST feature is location. The Cahaba Heights ares is convenient to pretty much any and everything.
