As I was reading the other comments, i thought to my self ..... did ----- write all of them' did anyone notice that almost all of them said -----'s name ' yea people do not do that. so let me tell you about how it is. if you are going to live here you need to have a bike, because there is not any parking after 7 pm. i hope that you are not a floor where people are above you because you can here them very clearly, not typical apartment living, the water bill is crazy 250 for water WTF!!!! so go on move in and the office will not help you at all with your problms

I mean really if u have a 250 dollar water bill you need to budget . I mean really you must have been the one who got kicked out or etc damn yo as a moron brings negativity . How come there is a waiting list book to a year !!!

I never had a problem with parking, and I mentioned ----- in a previous review so people looking for genuine reviews would know who to ask for when visiting the community. As for the water bill, mine went up right before I left, but it went up everywhere for everyone in the area. I even spoke to ------- in the office about it and she explained to me what was going with understanding. Anyone reading this review, do not let it affect your decision of moving to Chestnut Tree.

Do you think office management comes out and runs your water when you're not home? Lmao. note to self: You live in Jefferson county. The office staff can't help you NOT run your hot water.
