Chestnut Tree Apartments

Extremely nice and inviting From: salethiamoore@bellsouth.net Date posted: 8/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   My daughters and I have been residents of Chestnut Tree for the past 3 years. I feel extremely safe here. My neighbors are great and considerate. The apartments are very very spacious, I cannot begin to describe the different layouts/compositions I have placed my furniture since I have lived here. The windows are big and the sliding balcony door is picture perfect (I love windows!!). I believe the staff makes this apartment complex what it is! The apartment manager is extremely helpful and accomadating. The maintenance person is extrememly helpful, especially on the weekend! They all have made our stay here extremely pleasant. Parking is not too bad, I seem to get the same spot almost everyday. But when I don't, it is not a big deal...I just park a few spaces down. It is not an everyday thing. Well, I could go on and on about how great Chestnut Tree has been for us, but I guess you would definitely have to experience it for yourself...Just as the apartment book puts it, it is one of "Birmingham's Best Kept Secret."
