Okay, I agree with the person who titled thier review OMG--- WHO WRITES REVIEWS LIKE THIS''''' Read them carefully, they are all very similar in the style of writing. These have to be written by a bored manager in the office. I know when I visited, the leasing agent directly told me to visit this web site, and how proud they were of the rating. They also stated what exactly was so great, and even used an exact quote from the website-- I highly doubt she would just happen to accidentally quote the site... Personally, this scared me away...

P.S.: These pictures that were 'taken by a resident' are the same pictures they have on apt websites... hmm'''

Do you even live there, or are you just complaining? I wrote a real review. I lived there for a year and I loved it. The only reason I moved out of Chestnut Tree was because I had to--I moved 300 miles away. If you (or anyone else) has any questions, you can contact me directly (jnmanley@gmail.com). It sounds like someone that was declined. How could you or anyone else who doesn't live there rate maintenance, parking, noise, office staff, etc. It sounds like you never even met Freda, because if you did you would know that she works extremely hard and is never bored.

I lived at these apartments as well and loved them. Freda is a very nice lady and I NEVER had one problem while I stayed there. Those apartments were incredible!!!!
