I lived here one year ago and I had to move for my job. I'm hoping to return in a three bedroom. Hopefully in the fall. WOW there are four families on the waiting list before me. My experience was excellent. Freda, the property manager, is a stickler for the rules. But she's fair(consistent) and I feel that's why you don't have a lot of riff raff at the apartments. She cares about her tenants and wants them to be happy and safe at the apartment. Maintenance is great. Even though I had flooding in my apartment from a water heater upstairs, it was taken care of promptly and then followed up by the maintenance supervisor(bald guy/very understanding and professional) Yeah parking isn't great but Freda is good about towing abandoned and broken down cars. I had a friend visit for a week and they put a "warning will be towed" sticker on his car. I called Freda and she said they were just trying to find out who's vehicle it was. Apparantly they know there is a parking problem and they doing something about it. I could go on and on. Location' You really can't beat it. One block from I65. She does have some renovated 2br available now. I might try to fit all my stuff in a two bedroom. If your a hoodlum, dealing drugs out of your apt or if your not going to be able to pay your rent, keep looking, you probably won't get along with the staff. And I certainly don't want you as a neighbor.
