I must say that Chestnut Tree Apt . has worn out its welcome to me etc they rasie rent at least 30 extra dollars a year etc.Andthe washer and dryer connection looks so conutry and pathetic in the kitchen !! Which to me I can just get a condo or town home I pay 730 a month etc and really dont see where the money is going towards etc. I have been here for awhile and I have seen the complex fo down alot !! I must say the grounds are clean and maintence is good, but in my main bedroom i have no light fixture and the kitchen is small as heck !! They are and have renovated the apartments with cheap hardwood floors and also different color light fixtures with black applinaces........Wow and for that little bit your rent goes up to (820 to 860 )dollars a month !!

The manager is Freda which at times is navie about the problems and the type of tenants she lets lease out apts.And I must say really dont know what to do or how to handle tenats I know its a recession but the integrity of the complex has gone out this is my 1st year and last !!

I agree with you I moved away from that Apartment complex a year ago !! I think they are very outdated etc , there are soem wonderful properties growing in other areas with better commodoties ! Yes Freda in the leasing office is a bit on the "dumbside" but hey she dosent care she dont live there she collects rent and thats all

I think when people don't have anything to complain about "etc" They find things to complain about. My experiences at Chestnut Tree have been nothing but good. Sure the complex is older, but good people live there. I don't have to worry about my car getting broken into, that people that don't live there are going to walk up to my door, or that if I had a REAL problem the office staff wouldn't hesitate to help me out.
