Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
The maintenance is slow. The office staff is clueless. It has steadily went down hill since I moved in. Management does not enforce the pet rules (watch where you step and do not get off the pavement if you know what I mean). The grounds are not kept up. I have been living here for 7 months and I do not plan on renewing.
