I've lived at Colonial Grand for about a year, and I'm really looking forward to moving out of my apartment this month. My apartment is run-down and is not well maintained. I have AC units right outside of my apartment that keep me up most nights. My apartment is on the lower floor and often floods. I also found a snake in my apartment this fall. The staff didn't seem to care. I, too, have found the staff unreliable with fixing items. I feel that for the price I'm paying for a one bedroom, one bath, I should be getting better service and better amenities. Get me out!!!
