the entire Colonial Properties has a bad repuatation. the staff at colonial grand does not handle situations appropriately and the home office could care less. i am NOT proud to be apart of this community. it is the worst apartments i have ever lived it and i have lived in many. my advice...BUY or rent in a non-Colonial property
