I have lived here for 2 years. The office staff continually tries to raise the rent. The work out room is a law suite waiting to happen. The maintenace will never respond to your request the first time. The grounds continue to go down hill. The dumpsters are alway over flowing. The security gates have been removed and there haven't been any new security measures. The gates at the pool are always locked. I don't think my carpet has been replaced in 10 years. There are roaches. Without the location of this complex it would be completely vacant.
