I love this apartment complex. The staff at the complex are always courteous and friendly. They are willing to help you out with anything that they can. I feel very safe here and I am a single woman living alone. The parking is wonderful, and the interior of the apartment in very good condition. I will admit that the apartment has a tendency to get the very large wood roaches from the balcony inside but if you call they will come in and spray for them the next day, virtually eliminating the problem. I have had two maintenence emergencies in which the maintenance staff had to come out after hours to fix a problem, and they were quick, polite, and very efficient. I also appreciate the staff's attempts to get residents to clean up after their pets by providing trash recepticles and doggie bags on all major thouroughfares. The speed bumps are a necessary evil to keep the few speeders from running over people in their haste, it is a residential area after all.
