NO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005 1 response   I hardly ever give bad reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others of CG at MB. I have lived here for 3 years too long. It has only gone down hill since I moved in. Maintenance does not fix anything properly; however, they seem to have plenty of time to ride around in their carts and socialize. We've had a leak in our roof for 2 years, many ant problems, multiple bathroom leaks, I could go on and on. If you like hot showers, forget it! The water gets cold after 5 minutes. Also, don't let their workout room entice you--most of the equipment has been broken for almost a year. The management staff is terrible. They change employees all of the time and they're are ALL rude, unaccomodating, and not at all on the ball. It's sad that such a great location has turned into such a dump. I heard bad things before I moved in and thought that they were from the type of people who complain about everything. Now, I wish I would have listened.
