So, I have lived here for 4 years. The first apt I lived in was a townhouse, and had major flooding anytime it rained. That was never fixed, and I had to beg corporate management to move to a new apt. I haven't had too many maintenance issues with this apt, but it takes months of calling before small things are repaired (like a faulty disposal.) Last Thursday, there was a fire in one of the buildings that displaced several tenants. There has been no communication since the fire about the cause or if there is any way we as residents can help out those that were displaced and lost everything. Rumor has it that the fire started in the attic with a faulty electrical system. However, there has been no communication to prove or disprovet that rumor.
