If you're a college student looking for an apartment complex with more students who like to party, this is the place for you. If you're a young professional looking for something quiet, then don't look here. I had problems with kids outside the apartment playing loud music/partying until 3-4 in the morning (and this was weeknights and weekends). I've called to complain but never got a response from management. I would suggest looking elsewhere unless you are one of those who like noise!

I have never had any noise problems what so ever. I am in medical school and use my apartment to study in at nights and even on weekends. I have never heard any noise from anyone, nor have I seen a single party; everyone here is really quite and low key. I tested some audio equipment that I got from EBay one night and the cops came to my door for being too loud. I don't think anyone could party too loud here without the cops shutting things down quickly. The water pressure is too high, though, so the drains back up with the slightest amount of clog. They drain plumbing isn't matched with the amount of water they push through the lines.
