My stay at CG at MB was not a good one and thank goodness my room mate and I only signed on for a 6 month lease. My drains were constantly clogged and messed up from day one. I am moving out tomorrow and they still aren't fixed. The carpet is GROSS and they will not replace it. The maintainence crew is the absolute worst. We couldn't get anyone to our apartment ever no matter how many calls were made. ROACHES are taking over the place and the landscape is AWFUL! Everytime it rained we would flood. Our apartment was broken into and the staff didn't even respond to our phone calls. Also, our kitchen cabinets and drawers were rotting and they would not replace them. Nor would they come and fix our washer (which we got from them)and so it only ever put out HOT water. THIS PLACE IS WAY OVERPRICED AND NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY OR PUTTING YOUR SAFETY AT RISK!
