This is one of the nicer apartment complexes in Birmingham, considering the costs are not much higher than in other areas. Although maintenance has been slow to respond to maintenance requests, when they do respond the matter has usually been resolved in a timely manner. The size of the apartment is its biggest asset. It was impossible to find a 1 bedroom apartment anywhere that was larger than 650 or 700 square feet. The 1 bedroom unit I am in now is 850 square feet - a definite improvement. Overall, a nice place to live.
