I have lived here at this apartment community for 8 months now and have loved every second of it. It is the best location in Birmingham, right near the Summit and 280. The Vestavia School system is one of the state's best, and is a very affordable method of ensuring your kids get a quality education. The maintenance staff (Bobby, Chase, and Arthur) are extremely nice and helpful. The prices seem to always be rising, but I guess that is a good sign.
I would and have recommended this community to my friends.
