Our guest bedroom flooded. Took them 6 months to fix landscaping outside apartment so that water stopped comming in, and this was only done after we were asked to re-new our lease. They refuse to communicate with us concerning paying us back for our damaged property. Complex managers and maintence staff physically saw the damage, saw roots growing from the walls, saw mold on the walls, and that we had furniture and boxes from the guest bedroom stacked ceiling high in the dining and living rooms. They never offered a place for us to store these items, they never offered to move us to another apartment, nor would they reduce our rent because we could not use 2 rooms in the apartment. They actually RAISED our rent.
