I went to Colonial grand at Mtn. Brook to view their apartments. When I walked into the apartment, there was a leak coming down the wall and stains on the walls in other places. I was very disappointed. They have a nice appeal to their apartments but having 2 pools, tennis courts, etc. But I honestly wouldn't want to be there!
