This community is the best one I have lived at and I am on my 3rd. The office personell is very friendly and always willing to help me with whatever I request. Maintenance is Great! I have read most of the reviews placed before me and I feel that it is possible the same person is writing the reviews. Funny how they wont leave their e-mail address or name.

I think that you work here and are trying to COA. Colonial Properties is the last people/management company that will spend money to better itself or to help a tenant. Only if those stock numbers would look good.
