This in in response to the lady's post that "did her research" by calling the Vestavia and Mountain Brook PD before moving into the Property. You were quite misinformed. I have the note left on my door by the management (Shannon) as proof that this did in fact occur at the complex, and in fact, my sister witnessed an attempted second break in occur that we reported as wellas of 2 weeks ago. As for the water bill, our water was cut off last week for the day WITHOUT NOTICE after they discovered why mthe building's bill's were so high. Also, washers ripped out for 2 days with no notice as well. If this suits you, your expectations are a little lower than mine. I have had a dog not on a lease in the adjacent building attempt to bite me and the child next door that I have reported 5 times and nothing has been done about this matter. I think 4 tenants (not include myself leaving nect mo). leaving one building alsone is proof of overall satisfaction of both the property (through word of mouth) and of the management. MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

the robbery was not reported to Vestavia police or Mountain Brook police-are you sure you are not another property talking about about your competition?

I've been living here for almost a year and it's so quiet you could hear a pin drop!! There is no crime to worry about!! I'm a single female and I have had no problems here. As for the water, I live in a 1 bedroom and I don't know how much water you're using but my bill is never close to half what you say you're paying!!
