The apartments look good and the leasing consultants are nice but i've had nothing but trouble for the two weeks i've been here. The valve for the washing machine was leaking (not the hose) and the dishwasher doesn't work. Not to mention that valve for the dishwasher has a leak too. When they finally came to fix the leaks, which caused much water damage b/c it took them two days to get there, then i had a constant drip from my kitchen sink faucet. So it resulted in me having to call back once again for maintenance to come back. I understand this is an old complex but surely they were aware of these problems either from the previous tenants or while supposedly doing their inspection before leasing it to me. If I could get out of my lease with out paying so much money I would. It goes to show that you get what you pay for!
