The bugs go away. The management is doing a good job. Don't be fooled, the cops are driving through all the time so your totally safe here. Everytime I need my ac checked they are here in 15 minutes. I just renewed my lease for 12 months and they were quick to give a discount. If you complain your whole life its going to suck anywhere. This was obviously written by staff. Anyone who has lived in these apartments KNOWS exactly how bad management is, how nasty the little roaches are that crawl all through your apartment during the wee hours of night (even w/ monthly spraying) and the general laxidasical attitude of management/maintenance any time a repair must be done. I have lived in these apartments on two different occasions. Back in the early 2000s it was almost OK to live there, but as time passed during that rental term (2 years), and especially during the second rental term of 2006, I absolutely HATED living in these apartments. Despite the bugs, the fires, the general run down condition of apartmental appliances/fixtures, my lower neighbor having his door kicked in during broad daylight and having his apartment robbed, etc..., the BAD ATTITUDE of MANAGEMENT ranks chief and supreme in my list of grievances with this community. For want of space, and time, I'll refrain from explaining exactly what happened in my particular situation, but let's suffice it to say that management was selective as to the "lease deals" they gave out to existing tenants (not everyone got the same renewal deal on the same type of unit, despite both having already lived there for awhile. I took my case all the way to the corporate manager, and I literally got curse words from her on the phone b/4 our conversation was over! Buyer beware with these apartments. The ONLY thing that sells these apartments is the location, which is great; BUT, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!! There are many other nice places to live, not too far away, where this type of headache can be avoided. I have owned my own home for 2 years now, and I'm still willing to take 5 minutes to type this out for the sake of any of you who are wise enough to research this place b/4 renting. Trust me, you'll regret it!

I live there and I do not regret it. Everyone I know here is ok with living here. Why be anonymous if your so sure of your opinion.
