I am moving out after 2 years. The maintenance is big problem and there is no customer service. I have given them 3 chances to do the right thing with 3 major problems. Everytime they have told me that I will just have to deal with it. When maintenance finishes working on something, you will have to spend the evening cleaning up behind them. For instance, my neighbor and I don't smoke, but we are constantly cleaning up cigarette butts from our hall way. The last problem was the flooding of my apartment through the foundation. I was told that they couldn't find the problem. They never gave a solution. Now my apartment smells like mold and I am leaving. They have tried to stick me with extra charges in the past, and told me that I will just have to pay it. It is a constant battle and I have finally gotten tired of fighting.
