I feel the need to respond to the writer of "BEWARE" because he obviously needs a reality check. First, it is true that there are not overhead lights in the living room and bedroom. However, he should have noticed this when he looked at an apartment. Also, there are switch-controlled plugs for lamps, so it's not like you're in the dark. Lights in the other rooms are more than adequate.
There appear to be two buildings (out of 20) for which parking is a problem. This is because they are directly across the street from each other. This is unfortunate since parking is plentiful at all other buildings. Worst case scenario for these buildings is having to park not directly in front of the building if you're coming in late.
I have also heard that they are sticklers for the rules. However, this is a business and that makes it better for everyone involved. No, you probably shouldn't rent here if you're looking for a job in another city. After all, a lease is a BINDING AGREEMENT.
Finally, his complaint about the speed bumps is nonsense. They will not hurt your car as long as you do not speed over them. They are there to control traffic, which they do, and keep the place safe.

Now, for my own comments:
We just renewed our lease for a second year and could not be happier here. The complex is very safe, unbelievably quiet (we never hear our neighbors, as we share no common walls), and extremely well-kept. The office staff and maintenance staff are professional and courteous in every respect. Every maintenance request (urgent or non-urgent) that I have ever turned in has been handled the same day and fixed correctly.
Furthermore, since we got a good deal on our first year's lease, we were a bit worried about how much our rent would go up when we renewed. For a 12 month renewal, it is only going up 2%, and we are still saving $60 per month off the market price.
