I have been living in an apartment off of Alford Ave. for the past 5mon. Me and my roomate are thinking about moving to the Grove at Riverchase. We will need to move at the end of December so our other friend can move in with us too. Unfortunately we have to break our lease at our present apartment and we don't really want to but it is a great opportunity for us to move in with a third roomate which will save us money. We are unhappy at our present apartment because the management is bad and the maintence is terrible. It takes a lifetime to get something fixed. Also, we have had a big problem with our apartment smelling like stale smoke due to the previous renter and it is causing my allergies to act up. Since the leasing office are strict on leases do you think they will hold it against us that we had to break our present lease at the apartment off of Alford Ave. We are defintely good renters and we wouldn't break the lease, but due to the circumstances we need to. I want to move to a great place that I can stay there for a long time, at least for the next 2yrs until I finish school at UAB. We have heard great things about this place and I think it would be a great opportunity for the three of us. Please respond if you have any advice.

Yes definatly live in the Grove. I currently live there and the maintenance is great and its a nice quiet community! Great neighbors and the only place I would live with the exception of having my own house!
