Don't come to Hell! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/10/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The management here does not know what the hell they are doing. They tell you up front to get renter's insurance because anything that goes wrong with the apartment that is their fault such as toilets continuously overflowing, trees falling on your vehicles, and apartment floods, they don't want to cover. They do not even want to give you an adjustment on your rent after things like that happen to you. My toilets continued to overflow and were broken and the stupid maintenance men did not know what the hell they were doing and I have to pay for all of the damages that took place in the apartment because of that. Then it was deemed that the toilets needed to be replaced and nothing still was done. Also, their is no parking and if you try to park near your apartment on the street the management office will ticket your car and try to have it towed! This happened to numerous people around here including myself and my neighbors because their is not enough parking and we may have groceries or something so we need to park by our apartments and can't! Summary: Over priced, management is just money hungry, insufficient parking, old and retarded maintenance men, and beauty queen reject leasing consultants that don't know what the hell they are doing. Some people may rate this apartment complex high because they cater to certain people; dumbasses who are willing to take their mess, and pay their fees. They also have a gate and want the residents to pay all this money for gate keys and remotes and the gate stays broken and then they give the code for the gate to certain people that they know or like and make others buy the $50 and $125 remotes and card keys. So do yourself a favor and go pay all of the money that you are willing to pay to stay here somewhere else!!!!! You'll be glad you did!
