Great Complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/19/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   This is an outstanding complex. Extremely clean, modern and very quiet. It has a well-trained and courteous staff who are always willing to help. Parking is ample and for an extra charge there is covered parking. Maintenance is always done quickly and right the first time. The only bad thing is be careful if you have to break your lease. I am being transferred by my employer and am having to pay a substantial amount of money. There is no clause on the lease for employer transfers so any concessions you pay will have to be paid back as well as the normal breaking of lease fees. Overall this complex is wonderful both in staff and grounds. The apartments are built well and are stylish. This is a great place to live and a great side of Birmingham to be living!
