I live in The Grove now. I have been there for three years so far. I did a lot of research before I moved in, and it paid off. The Grove is quiet, gated, at the top of a cul-de-sac off the beaten path but within 1.5 miles of anything you would ever need. The community is mature and respectful, and the staff is extremely responsive. I have had some minor bug problems because we are up on the mountain, but the pest control will come out within 12 hours of a call and I have only had to do this twice in three years. The grounds are immaculate. I would liken this to living in a clean quiet treehouse. It is a little pricey but worth every penny for the comfort and peace of mind.

Has the managment change to colonial affected the quality of the place - either in appearance or the service?

The new sign is ugly..but other than that nothing seems to have changed.
