HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/15/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT IT SEEMS. AT FIRST WHEN I MOVED IN I THOUGHT IT WAS THE BEST PLACE TO LIVE IN HOOVER. IT WAS GATED, NICE LANDSCAPE, NICE LAYOUTS OF APARTMENTS. SLOWLY BUT SURELY THINGS WENT DOWNHILL. MANAGEMENT NEVER FIXED ANY REQUESTS. THE GYM EQUIPMENT WAS BROKEN THE WHOLE YEAR I LIVED HERE. THE LIGHTING NEVER WORKED OUTSIDE...DID NOT FEEL SAFE TO WALK TO MY CAR AT NIGHTTIME. THE GATE NEVER WORKED EITHER. PLUS THE MANAGEMENT WAS SO RIDICULOUS AND DUMB. THEY ACTED AS IF REQUESTS WERE NEVER SENT THEY NEVER TOOK CARE OF A COMPLAINT AS PROMISED. I WOULD NEVER LIVE HERE OR ANY COLONIAL PROPERTY EVER AGAIN. I HAD HEARD NEGATIVE FEED BACK ABOUT COLONIAL MANAGEMENT, BUT HAD NO IDEA IT WOULD BE THIS BAD.
