Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
First: Gated' On my first day in the apartment the trailer that I was using to move in was stolen from the parking lot, the management was neither concerned nor surprised.
Second: there were nails in the floor that ripped holes in every pair of socks i owned, and got my feet a couple of times. I made sure my tetanus shot was up to date.
Third: Wow at the scorpions. Wasn't a huge deal to me until i woke up one day with three of them in bed with me. Took 3 weeks for the exterminator to pay a visit and I had to remind them every week.
Forth: they can be late on things but don't let your rent be 10 min late. The charge for me was $80 and they refused to take my checks from then on. I had never been late before that.
