Great Apartment, Best of The Riverchase Properties! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   This is definitely the best location in the riverchase area. I have been doing some hunting around to find out what other apartments are in the area, and after viewing 6 or 7 places, I realized there is nothing even close to what I have. For the price you just cant beat the quality of the complex. Of course I think that the pet fee is a little ridiculous but other than that I feel that the service is superb.
